ANOTHER BLOW TO DEMOCRATIC FREEDOM???

Typical communism, they against all they cannot control .it must be remembered tha tthe history of communism is grim and horific story. The history of communism has led to democides that far exceed Nazi genocide in the holocust. But human rights threats of the ideology of communsim is more than historical concern.it is a real and mortal threat to the human rights of children, women ,and men today.

Individual responsibility for human right cannot be achieved by expecting our responsibilities to be assumed by communists, such responsibilities are our choice and obligation.

So we will fight this communist ruling. In the end as almost always good will win over evil.

If Gill keeps associating this organisation with the term "seselwa rasin" -- whatever that means -- they will use this as a pretext to ban your organisations. Did you want to set up a human rights organisation or did you want to provoke them with "seselwa rasin" or "sesel pou seselwa". To PL, these terms are like a red rag to a bull.

Michel why you don't sent condolence to Mubarak?

You all the time sent condolence to dictators and communist rulers.

I hope Seselwa have been wacthing on what is going in Eygpt. How the voice of peoples can get ditators and communist rulers out of Power.

At last Egyptians can see freedom and democracy after 35 years. We MSR we also want to see freedom, democracy and justice and we want this regime to go after 34 years stilling and selling what belong to seselwa.

Greatest achievement by the young Egyptians.Youth of Egypt did not have their self interest but the interest of the people. So this is a vital lesson that we should learn. I hope that Mr Michel and his henchmen learn from the historic moment. This is a biblical promise that Our Lord to his people that all the EVIL EMPIRE will fall. What i would like to see on this blog are similar attitudes adopted by Egptian people being peaceful and conducted themselves in civility. If a government can be topple by peaceful mean. This is the best option for the SEYCHELLES. We do not want the sort of Democracy that PL, The Savy, Adam, Rene and SNP believe it. We want the people Democracy where we have a say in what goes on in our Country. I am afraid that at present it is the MSR who is champion that cause but MSR must revisit their strategies by using peace language that can unite the people not the political parties. We have seen that the voice of the people is more important than the voice of individual and false prophets of Democracy who are participating with LP to enriched themselves with their individualistic, corrupt ways and indirectly participating for enslaving our people with their rich Foreign masters. CHANGE OUR WAYS LP AND SNP YOUR DAYS ARE NEAR AND THE PEOPLE OF SEYCHELLES WILL HAVE THEIR SAY BECAUSE OUR LORD HAS HEARD OUR PLIGHT HIS VENGEANCE WIll BE SWIFT AND DECISIVE.CHOSE BETWEEN YOUR PEOPLE OR YOUR RICH FOREIGN FRIENDS. GOD BLESS ALL PEACEFUL SEYCHELLOIS WHO HAS THE INTEREST OF THE SEYCHELLES AT HEART WHO GENUINELY WANT TO SERVE THE SEYCHELLOIS PEOPLE.

Seychelles needs a human rights organization that will be pro-active and engage the Government and international community with Human Rights Issues.

The UN is taking Seychelles to task now because no humanrights reports have been submitted for over 17years.

How we see our human rights issues concerns us not PL. We see PL committing social genocide and ciltural genocide , by importing foriegners to take our country, and beating our people castigating them, victimizing them if they do not say: "Sesel ce nou, nou ki Sesel" the theme of the communists. What about all those Seychellois overseas that cannot vote? What about all those political murders we forgot about conveniently, what about the 500 men in prison many for small incidences the Irish put there? What about the SESELWA that do not support this government of fools?

We could careless what PL thinks. Our association has been filed to highlight what we think, believe and will advocate.

Stop the Political Genocide of our People PL!

This Human Rights associaiton is so light on its feet, I cannot see why PL would turn it down, but for, they know we will expose the Human Rights abuses and take them to task.

Once this is done, the dominoes will fall, because no western democracy could associate itself with such abuse.

Up to know, with the complicity of SNP, Mancham, and others are times, they have hidden the abuses and reports have not been filed.

On the political front, MSR had filed even the MANIFESTO I gave Philip Boulle, for his candidacy and party.

The Registrar refused it.

That says it all for us.

Pp would try to turn it down because it wants to force its communist conception of Human rights on us.Human rights definition in communism is torture, intimidation, repression, murder, etc and that is how Michel earned his title"the Butcher":he mastermind the murder of Seychellois in 1976 and many others in the last three decades.

If we do not learn from the burdensome legacy of the culture of impunity we shall be condemned to prolong and tolerate it for ages to come. This old adage holds true in this country. The limits of tyrants are set by the level of tolerance of those subjected to tyranny. The people of seychelles have tolerated a ruthless dictastorship for the last thirty-four years. They are now hungry and angry people-they are hungry not for food to sustain their bodies, but a human rights culture anchored in the principle of the rule of law and democratic institutions to nurture their spirits. They are angry becuase their basic human rights are violated everyday.Freedom from the rule of those wallowing in a culture of impunity comes at high price. Many seychellois pay the price on a daily basis.

We believe history is a great teacher, but the law is a formidable disciplinarian.

What educated Seychellois need to examine closely are some of the NGOs who prophesize to be standing for Human Rights in the Seychelles? I could site one of these hoax Civil Right NGO is the one which run like a one man show by Mathew Servina. This NGO is a disgrace because everything revolves around him. All the overseas seminars are attended most of the time by him alone. So Seychelloise people should lobby international organisations with deal with Human Rights which associated with his NGO to ask Mathew Servina to publish his work during his tenure that his organisation has done to address human rights issues in the Seychelles as an NGO. Apart from organizing local seminars for photos opportunities to give semblance that he is working and using ordinary Seychelloise people to protect his self made niche that he alone has been comfortable with. We need to empower Seychellois people to create NGO that are effective, democratic and are there to serve that community which is one of the utmost pillar of social enterprises which is what NGO is all about. So this is one of the reason why the world do not pay attention to our plight because of the hypocrisy of these bogus NGOs who sole objectives is to protect the LP brutal dictatorship. So it is high time to take a good look about some of these anti people institution.

The issue of Human Rights in Seychelles is serious enough, when we look at the abuse of it, and the lack of recordation and processing of abuses.

PL have enjoyed a dark room for too long.

This is the source of fear in the country.

When light is brought to the room, we will have no FEAR to live in Seychelles, again.

We have the power to do that, the world today is no longer the world of 5 years ago or 10 years ago or 15 years ago.

PL knows that. But they are hoping that we do not know that.

Seselwa Rasin Feb 11 above:

We do not need approval of the Pp Collaborators to tell us what we can or cannot believe in or advocate. We Seselwa Rasin own our own country. We do not depend on the Collaborator's approval to exist and to fight for what is rightfully ours. We exist regardless of their approval or consent.

So we will not abandon Rasin-ism just to get registered as a political party. We only seek political power to protect what is ours not to fill our own pockets with Rasin money as the Pp Collaborators have done. If we must abandon our ideas to obtain power, we do not need or want the power.

Seychelles is our homeland and belongs solely to us Seselwa Rasin. We will fight for that idea within the system or outside of it - but we will reclaim our country from the Collaborators and their Fabrike and foreign friends, whether they like it or not.

In fact we expect the Pp Collaborators to fight the idea that Seychelles belongs solely to us Seselwa Rasin. They depend on Fabrike and foreigners to stay in power.

But just like oppression in Tunisia and Egypt did not work against the will of the people, it will not work in our homeland either.

You refer to the term "Rasin" in a derogatory way becuase you say it is undefined. Look at the MSR Creed. It tells you who is a Rasin. In short it is anyone who way a Seselwa on Independence Day and their descendents.

ur party is not registered. it's history would fit on the back of a stamp.

the communists u keep refering to are the best capitalists on the african continent. they have over 3 billion dollars to prove it.

bloody thieves is the description ur looking for.

wavel did not fly on siva's plane. he flew air seychelles. an airline that even the most patriotic seychellois are finding as an insult with the crews beady eye's, unresponsive service, constant chitchat and seats u cant even turn in. the dreamliner is aptly named. he will fly back on airseychelles from chenai gills.
instead of writing shit get your facts straight.

now as for civil rights there is something u can champion. since the snp never put countless photo's of beatings, document cases of intimidation, speak to foreign governments and ngo's, challenge the judicial system, the whole police force, the entire army, maybe u can show us how its done gill?

maybe u can bring your god given talent of saving seychelles into the equation and blog something and it will all be ok.

NO U FOOL. u dont fight the sppf here on the internet. u do out it there on the street with speeches, leaflets, words, a smile on ur face, charisma, character.

now get a dictionary out and find the meaning of those words i just wrote.

Bringing the world attention to human abuses in this country is a necessity. As a memeber of the UN the of memebers of this body have a right to know human rights abuses being committed by antoher member of the organization.exposing Pp makes it more vulnerable, example you complaining PETAR.

Can anyobe advise whether there is any requirement at all to submit a manifesto on registration of a political party in the Seychelles re-refusal of the Elec Comm to register MSR on the basis of its manifesto?

Travelling on Air Seychelles does not make Wavel a good leader or more patriotic than any other Seychellois. Good leaders are those who think of their people first and not themselves. A history of violence and arrogance by Wavel showed clearly he is not a charismatic leader. If all these qualities that you are proclaiming that Wavel has. Either you are psychologically blind or you need to rewire your brain or to say the least you are not an honest person. Honestly with all these credentials he should have been the President of Seychelles by now.Employing indian labourers to build his house speak volume of your Wavel Patriotism, looking at his own pocket speak volume of his desire to see a prosperous Seychellois nation. To remind you even Albert Rene travels on Air Seychelles.Denigrating the Air Seychelles cabin crew is not a good thing to do. A good father is one who ensures that his children belly is full and then he serves himself. This is what a leader should be doing. To say the least for the past four years i have not seen much coming from SNP. You said that they went on the street but what SNP said< we are doing our work underground>. I bet you were referring to the 3rd of october because this was the last time i saw SNP leadership on the street. if that is the truth i have not seen any tangible proof for their underground work. Serious opposition should not be doing underground work but work that everybody could see and take ownership of it. Instead of blowing Wavel trumpet like the SPPF do with their leaders. Tell him that his is not working hard enough for that fat salary of his and try to help yourself because you also can be aspired to be a leader. Stop fooling your ownself and stop labeling others as fool because you are behaving as one.Me personal for every election i had voted for Wavel not because he was a great leader which i doubted he is but simply because like the young Egyptians i want to get my freedom back and my dignity as a Seychellois. This time forget it i will vote any other credible opposition but not SNP because they also cannot be trusted with all of their underground work.Keep your fingers cross SNP will go in this year election with the same rules and the same referee that SPPF has offered since multi-party. A serious opposition at least they should be going in an election where rules and regulation are in place that can give them a possibility of winning. So greed of money and fame has left SNP with the same status quo that SPPF has put in place which is a foregone conclusion for their self comatose.

Vox:

It is not the word Rasin that the Pp Collaborators find offensive. It is the ideas behind Rasin-ism that offends them.

These ideas are that their counterfeit Seychellois like Krejcir are not real Seychellois. They are Fabrike and do not have full rights to our patrimony.

If this idea takes root the Pp Collaborators will not keep power - that's why Gappy must defend Krejcir's rights as a Seselwa. Most of the Collaborator voting margin of "victory" comes from Fabrike voters and frudulent votes they have placed on the electoral register. Rasin-ism states that we will expose this fraud and this sham. The Pp Collaborators do not like this part of Rasin-ism.

Most importantly, they do not like the fact that Rasin-ism stands for the idea that our motherlalnd belongs to all Seselwa Rasin and not to the Pp Collaborators and their foreign and Fabrike friends. They do not want us Rasin to be empowered to take our country back from them. They want us to continue to beleive we need their permission or favor to do this or that. Rasin-ism states we do not need anyone's permission to own and control our own country - we will do it no matter what.

Finally, the Pp Collaborators hate Rasin-ism because it highlights the crimes the Collaborators have comitted against their own people and resolves to bring the Pp Collaborator ledership to justice for the crimes they have comitted against their own people - however long it takes.

So Vox - it is not the word Rasin that the Pp Collaborators hate but the entire idea of Rasin-ism that insists on our individual democratic sovereignty and rights as a people and to that the Collaborators must be made accountable for their crimes.

Guys, do not get me wrong. I am a practical person (at least the work i do forces me to work practically and find solutions). If the objective is to be registered as a political party then we must remove all barriers that prevents that, hence my question as to whether there is any need to have a manifesto to be registered as a political party?

If not then do not submit one. If yes, then remove all references to rasin or anything which may be objectionable to the Elec Com. There are other ways to include the ideas which would have otherwise been incorporated in a manifesto. One has to be flexible. By remaining rigid renders things more difficult to achieve.

On the issue of transparency and a/ctability, rumours are circulating that Ramkalawan is undergoing spine surgery in India. For the time being the SNP has been secretive and it reminds me of similar situation when it came to health of FA Rene in the past. If Ramkalawan is physically incapable of campaigning i fear that the results of the next elections will be worse than anticipated.

Vox

Leonard Francis Gill said...

Vox:

There is much to be said for being flexible and practical. Such qualities are admirable ones and should be cultivated.

However, one should never sacrifice ones core principles to acomodate practical considerations. Furthermore, in my view there is no reasonable way to accomodate Gappy's objections without sacrificing our core principles. So we chose to retain our core principles even if it means we must fight for our certification or that we must seek power outside the system.

Secondly, Gappy and the Pp Collaobrators have no right to decide unilaterally that our ideas should not be presented to the Seselwa electorate. We have an absolute human right to seek to amend our counstitution and present an alternative consitutional structure for Seselwa Rasin people to decide for themselves if it is meritorious. Gappy and the Pp Collaboraotrs have no right to decide which ideas are legitimate and which ones are not, and they have no right to decide what consitutional changes are legitimate and which ones are not.

On this second point there can be no accomodation or compromise. Genuine democracy means that we Seselwa Rasin can chose what kind of country and constitution we want - not the Collaborators.

It is not just the electoral commissioner blocking MSR but the complicity of the Attorney General and the ruling party, as evidenced by the interventions of France Bonte in Court.

A manifesto is a party platform of ideas and beliefs, it is protected under the Right of Free Association, right to recieve and impart ideas, and Right to Equal Protection.

By not allowing MSR to move forward, we are exposing the PL and showing there is no real democracy in the Seychelles.

Anyone selling drugs on our streets is destructive to the Seselwa Rasin patrimony, especially when it is our own people doing it - it is even more abhorent when we do it to ouselves then when a foreigner does it to us. We must first recognize this fact.

But, when a foreigner sells drugs on our streets, it tells us that these foreigners are emboldened to treat us Seselwa Rasin, and our motherland, with disrespect. Their boldness comes from the Pp Collaborator policies of treating Fabrike and foreigners who support them in power, better than they treat their own people - the Seselwa Rasin. The Collaborators have made us third class citizens in our own homeland and the Fabrike and foregners know it. Some of them know they can treat us and our homeland like dirt and get away with it. So they do it.

The Collaborator Gappy's policy of defending Fabrike rights against his own people is one example of this Pp policy that subjugates us Rasin to Fabrike and foreigners in our own homeland. This is intolerable and we all must do all that we can to get rid of this policy and remove those Collaborators from power who advocate it, and bring them to justice for the crimes they have committed against their own people.

Being a society most people tend to repeat this for many things.

This includes trips, furniture, in addition to items we'd like. However, you need to separate your current wants out of the needs. While you're working to raise your credit score you really have to make
